Supply has decreased significantly during the crisis, while demand has remained the same or even increased slightly. This has led to a very good sales situation in Q2. And this in all price classes. We have seen good sales and fast selling times in all segments. It seems that living has taken on a more important role with our customers in the context of this pandemic. Low interest rates, a recovery on the stock markets and the a moderate course of the pandemic in Switzerland have supported the market.
